Reviews and Ratings <br />
This hotel offers an incredible retreat nestled in the mountains, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond. The dining experience is delightful, especially the breakfast selections; however, the location is a bit remote and difficult to reach without some traveling. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot for a nature getaway with luxurious amenities.
Staying at this resort was an absolute treat! Tucked away in the mountains, the hotel exudes a cozy and homely atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally caring, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The dining was delicious, with a fantastic variety of meals, although there were quite a few dishes I couldn't enjoy fully due to my personal taste. The location, while stunningly beautiful, can only be reached by a bit of travel from the station. Overall, it was a magical experience, but remember to check the weather if you're planning to arrive during the snowy months.
Hakkoda is a breathtaking resort tucked away in the snowy mountains, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers. The wooden architecture provides a cozy ambiance, while the hospitality of the staff truly makes you feel at home. Although the journey to reach the hotel can be a bit daunting, the experience is worthwhile with fantastic dining and relaxing onsen facilities. The only downside may be the limited options if you're not a fan of fish, but the overall experience is outstanding.
This hotel offers a truly unique experience nestled in the mountains, highlighting stunning architecture and exceptional service. The rooms are cozy, and the dining experience is memorable, especially with the delightful ambiance. However, reaching the hotel can be a bit of an adventure, and the onsen's sulfur smell may not be for everyone. Overall, it’s a hidden gem for those looking to escape into nature and relax in style.
This hotel delivers a unique and memorable experience tucked away in the mountains, offering stunning views and a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the beautiful architecture and friendly staff, but it can be a bit difficult to reach, especially without a car, and dining options may not cater to all tastes.
